All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping, but in the rare case that an item arrives damaged/manufacturing defect/wrong product delivered to you, please email a photo& video of the same product from all possible angles. Please attach images in an email to support@watixjewellery.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Kindly send us mail for any return request on: – support@watixjewellery.com with the details such as Order Number, reason for returning the product or product being defective, photo of the defected product which you intend to deliver back to us.
We are a premium clothing brand and will check the authenticity of the defects upon authorization of returns. Upon approval of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange in terms of Abravi Store Credits which can be redeemed for the purchase on our website only.
All returns are subject to verification by our management team. If we determine that the merchandise is ineligible for a return, you will receive an email with instructions on how to ship the product back to us. You must cover the shipping fees, including return shipping as well as any applicable restocking fees.
